Executive - Customer Support (0-1 yrs)
Duties and Responsibility :
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about multiple projects and service using scripts
- Good Knowledge about the Locations in Bangalore is preferable
- Answer questions about Projects or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pass on the same to Relationship Managers to close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and Process requirements and pass on the same in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Shift Timing : 9:30-6:30 PM
Huge incentive will be provided
- Candidate should join immediately or with in a week
- Candidates should have good Knowledge/Experience in cold calling & convincing skills.
- Tuesday would be off (Monday - Sunday working)
Interview Process : 1st round is telephonic
