Executive - Customer Support (0-1 yrs)
Our organisation is searching for Technical & Customer Support Executives to manage our customers/users that belong to our own group of companies. Besides, it is an excellent opportunity for all the fresher candidates who are looking for Customer Support Executive jobs at Chennai.
Responsibilities :
- Responding/communicating promptly to customer queries related to the companies products/services by using both computer/laptop and mobile, through various channels.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Must capable of working on different platforms if training provided.
- Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
- Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
- Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal.
Skills Requirements :
- Typing speed with 30 words per a minute is required.
- A professional approach in answering queries via emails and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset or angry.
- Should Have Good Communication Skills, Both Oral and Written.
