Executive - Customer Supoort (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients regarding products/services.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 3 years of prior customer support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
