Executive - Customer Success - Healthcare (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Help with day-to-day operations related to sales efforts by the Customer success team.
2. On-board patients on the platform helping them understand the platform, benefits, and next steps associated with the program over voice and non voice process.
3. Lead and own the complete responsibility for the patient on-boarding process.
4. Connecting with multiple stake holders from different teams to ensure the on-boarding process is smooth.
5. Ensuring correct registration of patient data across Data Centers.

Experience Required : 1-3 Years
Age Limit : 20-30 Years
Minimum Education : Graduation

Previous Industry Experience : Healthcare
Customer Handling Experience : B2B
