Desired Candidate Profile :

- You care deeply, genuinely, and passionately about customer support, solving problems for customers, and the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful.

- You are skilled at giving solutions succinctly and clearly.

- You are a naturally empathetic and articulate communicator.

- Curious to learn new tech and processes.

Bilingual Preferred : Malayalam or Telugu.

- Freshers / Graduates of 2018/2019/2020/2021 can apply.

Shift : 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM & 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Rotational)

- Voice and Non voice (Rotational)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.

- Monitor customer complaints on social media, and other channels and reach out to provide assistance.

- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
