Executive - Customer Success - eCommerce (0-2 yrs)
We need smart, computer savvy, organized people to help our clients sell their products online.
You must have
1. Great management skills - making lists, noting down all points, communicating clearly...
2. Great tracking & recording skills
3. Rockstar skills with modern tools like Excel, Google Docs etc.
4. Knowledge of photo editing tools like Photoshop
5. Decent English language skills
6. Good to haves: Some experience in ecommerce.
On a typical day, you would :
1. Create product listings on sites like eBay, Amazon etc. for our clients
2. Prepare large excel sheets with various prices and snazzy formulae
3. Communicate with courier companies and customers to make sure the products reach the customers
4. Coordinate with client staff to make sure we have up to date inventory data
5. Address customer complaints on phone and email
6. Coordinate with people at eBay, Amazon for deals & promotions
7. Have fun while doing all this hardwork.
