Position Objectives: Provide application and service support for customers in Australia
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails and handle appropriate follow-up calls and emails
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
- Create and manage help topics and documentations.
- Minimize the customer churn rate
- Respond to customer queries via live chat and email.
Qualification and Skills:
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Success or Customer Service role, ideally within the FMCG/Delivery industry.
- You are very fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
