Executive - Customer Success - BPO (1-2 yrs)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :
1. Minimum 1 year of prior experience in enterprise account management,customer success,or in customer support.
2. Proven record for establishing and maintaining relation ship with customers.
3. Flexible,quick learner and thrives in a small team where ownership is key.
4. Exceptional communication skills is mandatory.
5. Highly organised and detail oriented.
6. Capable of cross functional coordination to drive outcomes
ABOUT JOB PROFILE :
1. Building a trusted relationship with users,talk to them to understand their pain points and be the internal voice of the user.
2. Responsible for on boarding content creators and maintaining a healthy relationship with the content creators.
3. Work with account managers to enable successful handover and on boarding of content creators.
4. Collaborate with community managers and account managers to generate leads for content creators and other requirements as per the project assigned.
