Executive - Customer Success (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new customers, providing guidance and support.
- Respond to customer feedback promptly and proactively.
- Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to boost customer referrals and develop case studies.
- Provide timely solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Connecting with leads in real time through calls and direct chats
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues promptly
- Adhering to established sales processes and standard operating procedures
- Building high-quality relationships with customers and team members
- Working collaboratively with the team to reach common goals
- Providing accurate recommendations and information to customers and prospects
- Achieving set targets and contributing to the success of the team
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer success or in the BPO sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must know English, Hindi and Telugu languages.
