Job Description :

Position is that of a customer success executive intern
1. Be a core part of Client Relationship Building; communicate with clients to build and sustain relationships
2. Take regular feedback from the client on products, services, and performance and take care of all Client Communication
3. Liaising with the development team and customer to make sure deliverables are accurate and are on time
4. Agreement preparation and execution
5. Activate the learning to ensure quality deliverables
6. Be updated with the features and tools to resolve team queries
7. Provide training to clients on the product or product updates
8. Understanding the client's problem statements and helping them with a solution
9. Continuously enhance technical and market to remain conversant with the latest updates in the domain and technology
