Executive - Customer Service - Wellness/Fitness (1-3 yrs)
Position : Customer Service Executive (MLM Background)
Work Responsibilities
- To answer & make calls for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information
- Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with the services provided and taking feedbacks on time
- Maintaining records of transactions and interactions
- Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Offer support and solutions to customers and clients in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Reporting to the team leader for day-to-day functioning
- Other duties as requested
Other Skills :
- Fluent in English ( Verbal & Written)
- Basic Computer Knowledge - MS-Excel / E-Mail
Qualification : Any
Experience : One year minimum
Salary : 1.80 - 2.16 LPA + Overtime
