Responsibilities :
- Agent will be responsible for handling incoming/outgoing calls from patients calling from various cities. He/She will then have to reply to those queries in a set format, book Doctor appointments on a portal, comfort the customer in case of emergency, transfer the call to other departments if required, etc.
- Shift Timings for Females : 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with rotational week offs
- Shift Timings for Males : 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Should be comfortable with rotational shift and week offs
- Candidates should have good English speaking skills; be fluent in Telugu & Hindi; Should be comfortable with rotational shift and Night Shift (No Night Shift For Females)
