We're Hiring Customer Services Executive for an E-commerce Company

Qualification: HSC or Any graduate

Experience : 2 years Customer Services Voice Exp (preferable From Ecommerce Voice Support Background Only )

Process : Voice Process (Ecommerce)

Shift Timing : Day Rotational shift

Salary Range : Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 In hand + Incentives

Skill Required : Excellent Verbal & Written communication Skill

Role & Responsibilities :

- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

- Need to handle email and inbound queries via Calls, Email & Chat
