Job Description :
- 12/ 10+3/ Graduates / Post Graduate
- Freshers /6 Months Experience
Shift timings : Rotational shift
- 6 Days Working
Salary : Good Package
Work location : Bangalore (Thubarahalli, Varthur)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Provide exceptional support on chats/ emails & calls to provide resolution to the query and obtain details of complaints.
2. Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems. Handling escalations and complex queries
3. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries.
4. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers- requests.
5. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation (Operations/Tech/Product etc.)
6. Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality
