Job purpose :

Assist in day to day operations coordination and interaction with concerned teams to ensure seamless and timely delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities :

- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information

- Assist Operations Manager in co-ordination of day to day operations

- Liaise between customer, operations team, design team and production for seamless delivery

- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

- Build and maintain strong relations with internal and external customers through regular communication

- Monitor project progress, Identify problems in operations and resolve them in a timely manner

- Handle client escalations and co-ordinate for timely resolution

- Maintain operational documents for reference purposes

- Prepare and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports to concerned people

- Prepare daily site attendance reports

- Co-ordinate and follow-up for all pending/short items / materials

- Identify vendors for installation, negotiate rates, generate PIs for advance and responsible for all collections

- Keep an account of payments made for installation

- Ensure quality standards and Health & Safety requirements are met through conducting regular audits
