We have an Excellent Opportunity for Customer Service Executive (Non-voice) with the Leading Telecom Brand. MNC is hiring Representatives for their Retail Outlets all over in Mumbai

NOTE : No Calls, No Night Shifts, No Field Work

Job timing : 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Education :

- Graduates Required.

- Smart and energetic candidates.

- Pleasant personality.

- Confident and good at Communication.

- Fresher's or Experienced.

- Age Criteria below 29years

Job Description :

- Handling Retail Outlet and taking care of Services and Processes of Mobiles and connections.

- Interacting with walk-in customers face to face sitting at one place.

- Ensuring correct and timely feedback provided.

- Playing the role like helper, adviser and guide to the customer.

- Maximizing every sales opportunity by promoting the highest standards of customer care.

- Maintaining quality customer care service.

- Creating a strong front line image of the company

- Ensuring positive return on investments and ensuring proper operations of the outlet.

- Candidates will be absorbed by Vodafone on their pay-roll through I.J.P (Internal Job Posting).

- Based on performance Rating/feedback and Requirement.
