Executive - Customer Service - Supply Chain Domain (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Ensure sales orders are accurately punched within agreed time frame in ERP
- Ensure customer orders are delivered on time as per agreed service level.
- Managing customer service and expectations.
- Responsible for Import and Export
- Assist the National Supply Chain Manager, to manage customer service & expectations and providing day to day support (both proactive and reactive) on any of the issues already referred to, as well as response to immediate/unusual situations.
- Punching of sales orders through in ERP.
- Cross checking customer PO, Letter of Credit and other relevant document before punching order
- Placing PO to source for stocks
- Generation of E-Way bill and other tax related documents for timely dispatch
- Managing customer issues, complaints and satisfaction
- Performing as bridge between SCM, sales and customers
- Follow up with source, freight forwarders and custom brokers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Performing various document and customs related activities for imports and export
- Various report generation and tracking.
- Should be having good exposure of supply chain & logistic profile.
