Profile : Customer Service Executive
Location : Mumbai (Kanjurmarg / Airoli)
Experience : Fresher / min 1+ yrs Exp
Salary : As per industry norms
Education : Non IT Graduate (Any Stream) with knowledge of financial markets.
Job Profile :
1. Handle customer inquiries both telephonically (Inbound / Outbound) / email / Whatsapp / Web Chat.
2. Manage and resolve customer complaints.Provide customers with product and service information.
3. Enter new customer information into system.
4. Update existing customer information .
5. Order placements on behalf of clients.
6. Follow up customer calls where necessary.
7. Meeting with clients.
8. Provide Research related information using available resources, etc.
9. Achieving the Business target assigned in Terms of, generating revenue, activating clients, enhancing, & upgrading the client relationship (Detailed KPIs will be communicated)
