Executive - Customer Service/Sales Support (3-12 yrs)

Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Rabale/Thane
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email and chat
- Customer Schedules & PO receipts and logging in systems.
- Communicate to the Planning Dept for the production and delivery dates
- Communicate with the planning team for the readiness of material and its dispatch schedule
-Planning for urgent deliveries
- Once material is dispatched communication of all documents with Customers
- Customer Data Creation and its maintenance.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- In exceptional cases, providing reports to external customers and stakeholders on open orders, shipments, backlogs and returns and developing high quality relationships with stakeholders
