- Strong customer support / tele calling experience.

- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.

- Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytic ability.

- Working knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word).

- Ability to work under pressure and strict time guide lines.

- Graduates would be preferred.

- Language Preference : English & Hindi mandate + Kannada/Tamil preferred (either Kannada or Tamil).

- Should be flexible for day shifts : 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (9 hours of login).

Job Description :

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Inbound calling for customer service.

- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
