Customer Service Executive
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Analyze and solve customer queries through calls.
2. Assist execution and implementation of process improvements in the CRM team in consultation with Team Lead.
3. Improve the Customers Experience with the Client Services by ensuring that the Customers Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately.
4. Ensure that all the Company Policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied to while servicing the customers.
5. Suggest effective ways through which the Client can promote its products and services and increase customer satisfaction.
6. Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
7. Have sufficient knowledge about the products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly.
8. Think creatively and make innovative suggestions that improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, internal controls or customer service.
