Executive - Customer Service Operations - Outbound Travel (1-2 yrs)
- Customer Requirements : Manage and fulfill customer requirements including hotel bookings, transportation, and other land arrangements.
- Supplier Relations : Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to ensure high-quality service and competitive rates.
- Coordination : Coordinate with travel agents and customers to confirm bookings and resolve any issues promptly.
- Itinerary Planning : Assist in planning and organizing travel itineraries based on customer preferences and requirements.
- Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Documentation : Handle all necessary documentation related to travel bookings and arrangements.

Requirements :
- Experience : Proven experience in travel operations, particularly in managing hotel bookings and land arrangements for outbound travel.
- Supplier Network : Strong existing relationships with local suppliers in the travel industry.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple bookings and arrangements simultaneously.
- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
