The Job :
Job Title : Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities :
- Answer calls professionally and provide information about products and services, and obtain details of complaints
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Ideal Candidate Requirements :
- Handling customer queries via calls
- 150+ calls will flow every day
- Command over Hindi & English is required.
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally as a Order Fulfilment within Transport & Logistics.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
