Executive - Customer Service - IT (1-2 yrs)
Job Summary
- Please find below the job requirements
- Excellent fluency in English and Hindi speaking is a must. Candidate must also have excellent English writing skills as well. Candidate is expected to be well-versed with Google Sheets, Excel, Emails and Word.
- Candidate must first understand all the functionalities of Company's mobile app.
Candidate is then expected to:
- Take customer calls and resolve them (Inbound).
- Call some of the customers whose booking has failed and try to find out what issues are customer facing while doing train ticket booking on Mobile app (outbound).
- Reply to customer emails and feedbacks appropriately.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Address Customer queries related to new and existing bookings.
2. Responding to customer calls and emails.
3. Proactively reaching out to customers whose bookings have failed. Try to provide a solution of the problem.
4. Maintain a good CSAT Score.
Key Skills
Good spoken and written English and Hindi Language, Flair to solve customer problems to ensure good NPS
Required Experience and Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline

Salary: - 30,000.00 to - 35,000.00 /month
