- Candidates should be complete 12th / graduates with 3+ work experience as CSR/CCE
- Smart enough to get going in the dynamic BPO industry.
- Candidates should have good fluent English communication.
- Good at English writing skills. Should have positive attitude.
- Perfect Grammatical and sentence formation skills.
- Should be comfortable working in BPO CCE (Customer Care Executive) and CSE (Customer Service Executive)
- Rate of speech adaptable to customer conversation.
