Job Duties (International Voice Process US and UK) :
- Responsible for Taking inbound calls from customers in US and UK
- Learn and practice on existing and new products offered
- Thoroughly Learn functions of software and products offered to customers
- Speak with clients globally primarily from USA through : Chat, Phone & Email
- Co-ordinate with other departments to resolve customer queries and fulfil needs
- Complete all assigned customer tickets timely and ensure customer satisfaction
