- Any Graduate/Undergraduate
- < 18 Months - U1 (min 6 months in Customer Service in an int. BPO - Inbound Exp)
- >18 Months - U2 - (min 18 Months International BPO customer service experience )
- Handling basic Customer queries related to Telecom Bills /Customer Resolution expert
- Prior exp in Sales and Billing handling and resolutions.
- Should have excellent Communication/Interpersonal/Comprehension skills
- Should have Basic computer knowledge
- Candidates should be willing to work in US shift
- Salary - 4.7 lpa for Hyderabad
