Job Description :
- Require candidate for international voice process. 24/7 rotational shift. Flexible for Work from home and Work from office.
- Agent can respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way. Via phone, email or chat.
- Agent should be able to handle difficult customer effectively.
- Agent can work under pressure.
- Agent should have excellent oral and written communication skill.
- Agent should be very professional in call handling.
- Comfortable for 24/7 rotational shifts.
Experience :
- Agent should have 6month to 1 year experience in international call center.
- We prefer one who has worked on the New Zealand/Australia process.
