- Age: 18 to 33 years of age

Education / Qualifications :

- 12th

- Graduate

- Postgraduate (Except LLB / Chartered Accountant / MBBS / ICWA)

Travel boundary limits :

- Candidate should be residing within the local transport limits

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answers inbound outbound customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :

- Excellent communication skills

- Polite and customer service oriented

- Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries

- Typing Skills: 15 wpm with 85 % accuracy
