- Post Graduate
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answers inbound & outbound /email chat backend customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call.

Timing Details :
Domestic : Day Shift Only(10 AM To 6 PM)
International :
- Morning Shift - 7AM To 3 PM(Australian Shift)
- Afternoon Shift - 1PM To 10 PM(U.K Shift)
- Night Shift - 8PM To 5 AM(U.S Shift)
Salary : as follows
For Domestic :
Basic :12K -15K In-Hand + 2000 Attendance Bonus+ Loyalty Bonus+ variables Incentives
For International :
Basic : 15k-18k In-Hand + 2000 Attendance Bonus+ Loyalty Bonus+ variables Incentives
Interview Timing : Come Between 10:30am to 2:30pm Carry On Cv, Id Proof and 2Photos With You.
