Executive - Customer Service - Insurance Process (0-4 yrs)
we have requirements of Customer Support Executive for Thane Contact Centre.
Number of requirements : 10
Qualification - HSC / Graduate
Experienced - Fresher / Experience
Salary - upto 3.5 L CTC
- Provide excellent customer support on Inbound calls related to General Insurance or Service related Outbound calls (No Sales target)
- Utilize available knowledge resources and systems to educate the callers and resolve their concerns.
- Accurately document the interactions and ensuring fulfilment of any follow- up commitments.
Note :
Rotational day shift will be there -
Female 7am to 8pm (9 hours shift)
Male 7am to 10pm (9 hours shift).
Rotational week offs will be there. (5 days working & 2-week offs)
