Summary/Objective: Customer service Representative is responsible for following excellent customer service standards at all times by keeping up-to-date with company products and delivering timely and optimum resolutions to all customers at all times.

Key Responsibilities :

- Respond to customers - calls regarding application issues, product problems, service questions, and other general client concerns

- Ensures timely resolution to all customer queries in optimum turn-around-time while maintaining a high level of professionalism

- Works with the engineering/product team to stay updated on services offered and product knowledge and be informed of any updates in the application

- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

- Recommends updates on products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
