We have an opening for Customer Care Executive in Inbound voice.
Profile : Customer Service Executive
Process : Inbound
Qualification: HSC / Graduate / PG
Fresher's are welcome - 6 Months - 2 years of experience in any industry would be considered.
Responsibilities :
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Day shift
- Salary - 15K -17K + (PF + Gratuity + Medical Facility + Bonus + Attractive Incentives)
