Executive - Customer Service - Import (3-6 yrs)
Job Purpose
- Handle freight enquiries, quotations and coordination with clients.
- Placing & tracking shipments.
- Ensure clients/customers receive documents promptly and on time
Job Responsibilities
- Proficiency in handling clients and execution of time bound critical sea shipments.
- Capability to handle freight forwarding customer service independently without supervision.
- Timely job invoicing and preparing job reports.
- Follow up with clients/customers with updated shipment information and availability
- Managing overall imports in a cost-effective way
- Filing ISF with customs.
- Checking whether customs & FDA has been filed for clearance
- Updating portal daily for customers on deliveries.
- Utilize our system to track, trace, follow up, release cargo, and deliver shipments Requirements
- Candidates should have 03 - 06 years freight forwarding experience, ideally in Sea Imports
- In-depth know-how about Import business by Sea freight
- Knowledge about customs procedures and port operations.
- Experience working with International import shipments of various commodity types
. - Good convincing and problem-solving skills.

- Good Communication skills Qualification
- Minimum a graduate/MBA (Logistics, Supply Chain or International business) from a reputed institution or university will be preferred.
