Experience : Fresher / Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year

Salary : Up to Rs. 1.8 Lacs Per Annum / Rs. 15,000 Per Month for Fresher / Up to Rs. 2.4 Lacs Per Annum / Rs. 20,000 Per Month for Experienced Candidates

Job Description / Key Responsibilities :

Job duties include but are not limited to :

01. Manage large amounts of incoming calls

02. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

03. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

04. Provide accurate, valid and complete information.

05. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits

06. follow up to ensure resolution.

07. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

08. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

09. Should have good Email etiquette.

Required Skills / Desired Experience :

01. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

02. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

03. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices 04. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

04. Excellent communication and presentation skills

05. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
