Executive - Customer Service - Healthcare Process - BPO (0-3 yrs)
Rolls and Responsibilities
- Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outbound calls from customers/Patients.
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about Doctor schedule, hospital services, book and cancel appointments, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in the CRM.
- Associate must reply to those queries in a set format.
- Responsible to book the doctor appointments on a web portal.
- Handle all the complaints of customers and pacify them.
- Taking follow-ups from management for the complaints and feedback closure.Customer Service Executive plays a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the client company. The major skills and competencies that we are looking for in a candidate are:
1. Good communications skills
2. Ability to listen proactively
3. Problem solving skills
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Ability to handle work well and maintain quality
Qualifications/Other Requirements
1. Any Graduate/Preferably Science Graduate
2. 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
3. Should be fluent in English/Gujrati & Hindi
4. Candidate should be comfortable with Rotational Shifts & Week offs (Night shifts also).
- No night shifts for female.
