Executive - Customer Service - FMCG (4-10 yrs)
We're looking out for young mommies for a FMCG kids food brand that we are hiring for
This is for the position of Head Brand Delight.
Key requirements:
1. 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service/ experience space.
2. Experience with CRM platforms like zendesk or/and salesforce.
3. Must have a great attitude and must be organised.
4. Resolving customers queries on multiple platforms calls, emails, social media, WhatsApp etc.
Needs to have an eye for detail, can multitask, amazing communication skills.
