Job Description :
- Managing consumer queries come via website /whatsapp/SMS/Calls
- Attend to complaints related to delivery, product or payments etc, resolve within time limit coordinating with the team and respond to consumers
- Tracking timely order delivery, in case of delivery issues coordinate with team to ensure resolution and speak with customer to resolve issues thereof
- Maintain superior customer experience
- Document all enquiries for tracking purposes
- Managing special circumstances and needs based on inquiries.
