Executive - Customer Service - FMCD (2-3 yrs)
About the role:
Leading FMCD is looking for Customer Service Executive(male) to be based in HO Andheri (E) and working hours from 10am-7PM
Need a candidate who can handle 50 to 60 customer complaints with complete ownership and provide end to end resolution on customer grievances
Responsibilities :
- Needs to be comfortable handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Will get 30 incoming calls on an average and 40 outgoing calls
- Needs to handle delayed delivery and returns related complaints
- Ensure that each complaint is resolved within 7 days from complaint creation date
- Good communication skills required for lateral movements within the team
Candidate requirements :
- Experienced candidate from call centre background
- Needs to be comfortable handling 70 calls a day
