Seeking an Experienced Executive in Customer Service for a Leading Electronic Manufacturing Company in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Job Title : Executive - Customer Service

Qualification : Graduate - Any discipline

Experience : 2 - 4 Years

Location : Bengaluru

Reports To : Sr Executive - Customer Service

Purpose of Position :

- Overall Responsibility of Customer Service for the assigned accounts (Inside Sales - SCH)

Specific Responsibilities :

- Handle customer support via calls, emails, and tickets.

- Check purchase orders via EDI, analyze backlog orders, and provide necessary inputs.

- Ensure shipment expedites/cancellations as requested.

- Coordinate shipment plans with planning and warehouse teams.

- Address routine queries on quality, logistics, deliveries, and cancellations.

- Interact with relevant departments for SCH satisfaction.

- Create sample, manual EDI, and scrap orders within 24-48 hours.

- Track and monitor 3rd party inventory shipments.

- Ensure compliance with quality system procedures and EMS requirements.

- Identify environmental aspects and significant impacts in the area of working.

- Establish EMS objectives and programs.

- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

- Support company focal points as required.

- Handle other projects/work assigned by management.

- Participate in GLSS activities as assigned.

- Work with SCH, production planners, and logistics team for maximizing sea freight initiatives.

- Manage sample orders for intercompany requirements.

- Prepare daily/weekly MIS for interco bookings, overdues regarding freight and lead time.

- Create scrap sale orders, process purchase returns, and manage asset and non-asset sales.

- Handle 3rd party CRD.

- Review SPQ/MLQ with intercompany to load orders in multiples of SPQ/DU.

Job Specification :

- Experience : 2-3 years in customer support, order management in SAP, supply chain management

- Good communication skills (verbal and written)

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Ability to work under pressure

- Knowledge of statutory requirements and commercial terms related to export sales

- Understanding of logistics processes

- Special Skills : SAP SD knowledge preferred, Supply Chain Logistics
