Position - Customer Service Executive
- Candidate should be from Pharma Background
- Should have experience in inbound calls, chat process for pharma division
Job role -
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's & partner retailer's chats and emails
- Manage and resolve customer queries/ requests with high efficiency
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers and partner retailers
- Aim to make maximum customers place an order by educating them properly
