Job Description :

We have an opening with our Leading E-commerce Industry (Jewellery Based) Company looking out for a Customer Service Executive @ Chennai Location.

Roles :

- Attend inbound calls, and make outbound calls to prospective leads, Chat, email, Product support, whatsapp- constant follow ups on leads - drive sales Follow up on order fulfillment and feedback.

Age : Less than 30

Gender : Male/ Married female

Industry : Ecommerce (experience in e-commerce is not mandatory)

Call center Exp : Must ( anytime in the career)

- Customer service oriented person

- Lead generation

- Must be willing to learn, with excellent spoken English (No MT influence)

- Competitor study atleast once a week

- Immediate Joinees Preferred

- Languages (to Speak) : English & Hindi ARE MANDATORY (any more languages will be an added advantage)

Shift timings : 9am to 6pm / 10am to 7pm ( based on requirement) Sunday working (based on requirements - rotational offs will be given)

Working : 6 Days
