Executive - Customer Service - eCommerce (2-3 yrs)
We're Hiring Customer Services Executive for Ecommerce Company -Work From Home
(ONLY MUMBAI BASED RESIDENTS CAN APPLY FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY )
Qualification: HSC or Any graduate
Experience: 2yrs - 3yrs Customer Services Voice Exp (International bpo voice experience preferable)
Process: Voice Process (Ecommerce)
Shift Timing: Day Rotational shift
Salary Range: Rs. 23,000 to Rs. 25,000 Inhand + Incentives
Skill Required: Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skill
Role & Responsibilities :
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identifying and assessing customers- needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Candidate needs to handle social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc
- Must have prior knowledge of Handling Social Media Account for any E-commerce Co.
- Need to handle email and inbound queries via Calls, Email & Chat
System.will be provide by the company
Day rotational shift (7 am -11pm ) any 9 hrs
6 days working - 1 day rotational off
