Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Executive
One of the leading Ecommerce Sector is looking for Candidates on urgent basis with good communication skills .
Candidate with experience in teleSales or Customer Service may apply.
Job profile is for Ecommerce and not Call Centre or Bpo.
Salary 3 lacs for Vikhroli and 4Lacs for Goregoan Location
Job Role and Responsibility :
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote product
- Need to do outbound calls to get new clients on daily basis
- Regular follow-up with existing clients and need to manage their account
- Need to explain product, services and prices to the clients in the best convincing way
Skills :
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
- Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadline and targets
- Experience with Online consumer Internet business is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset is a big plus.
- Hindi and English are mandatory.
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
