Executive - Customer Service - eCommerce (1-3 yrs)
- Handle inbound customer calls, understand their reqiirement and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Maintain customer order details, invoices and account information.
- Resolve customer complaints and propose the best possible solution.
- Ensure smooth vendor onboarding, updating seller information in backend.
- Take price updated regularly from sellers and coordinate with the catalogue team to ensure prices are updated in the portal.
- Order follow up with vendor.
