Executive - Customer Service - eCommerce (1-3 yrs)
Customer Service Executive-Non Voice(Bangalore)
Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming chats to achieve Sales/metrics
- Identify and assess customers - needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements and skills :
- Excellent oral & written communication
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Immediate joiners preferable, Or less than 15 days NP.
- Bengaluru local candidates preferable.
- Candidate to take an Assignment Test
