Executive - Customer Service - eCommerce (0-2 yrs)
Hiring Customer Service Executive for a leading e-commerce company.
Roles:
1) Handle customer inquiries via email, chat or phone call, giving prompt answers to customer's questions.
2) Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries.
3) Adhere to SLA deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively.
4) Collaborate with internal team such as the product and payments team for faster resolutions.
5) Identify and escalate customer requests to managers when there is a complex issue.

2) Good Communication skills required.
3) Location : Noida
4) Day shift/6 days working/Work from office
5) Salary for experienced candidates : 15k-25k (according to the experience)
