Responsibilities :
- Customer Interaction : Listen to and resolve customer concerns, questions, and complaints.

- Case Conversion : Effectively convert cases and promote the product and company.
- Product Recommendation : Suggest products that meet customer needs.
- Escalation : Refer complex issues and questions to managers when necessary.
- Task Management : Complete tasks within assigned SLA's.
- Support : Provide support through email, chat, and phone calls.
- Customer Satisfaction : Ensure exceptional service and maintain healthy client relationships..
Required Skills :
- Experience : Handling inbound customer service calls.
- Education : Minimum qualification of HSC or higher.
- Multi-tasking : Ability to handle different communication channels simultaneously.
- CRM Skills : Proficient in Customer Relationship Management.
- Case Conversion : Effective at converting inquiries into satisfied customers.
- Problem-solving : Strong abilities to resolve issues.
- Task Prioritization : Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently.
- Communication : Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and strong verbal communication.
- Learning and Decision-making : Quick learner with good decision-making skills.
- Conflict Resolution : Excellent at handling escalations and conflicts.
- Technical Skills : Knowledge of dialer systems, CRM, and basic computer applications.
