5) Monitor customer engagement and proactively address potential churn risks.
6) Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
7) Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements to our products or services.
8) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our CRM system.
