Executive - Customer Service - Chemical Business (2-3 yrs)
Customer Service Executive - MNC chemical Co
Qualification: Any graduate prefer with PGD in Export imports / MMS operations
- Experience : 2-3 years of customer service experience required, chemical industry experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and strong ability to multi-task
- Must be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills
- Competence in general business dealings with strong mathematical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- SAP experience preferred
- Must be able to demonstrate an ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to learn and desire to grow with the organization
- Must have oral and written proficiency in the English language
Job Description :
- Process customer orders
- Effectively and promptly communicate import / Export and production scheduling with production, logistics, and import teams as necessary, to meet customer requirements
- Communicate delivery schedules with customers and promptly notify of changes
- Monitor and communicate order shipment progress
- Customer Service and Support
- Handle customer inquiries & special requests
- Work closely with traffic to arrange truck shipments
- Enter & maintain customer complaint tasks
- Communicate customer forecasts to sales, production & imports
- Escalate issues to management
- Provide sales leads and cancelled order information to sales
- Provide appropriate information to sales for new account setups
- Properly maintain OTIF information as required
- Perform all duties within the Company's SHE regulations. All other duties assigned by management.
